      Our sparkling wine is composed of French Colombard, an offspring of the Chenin Blanc grape. All sparklings are produced in the Méthod Charmat, in which a cold secondary fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then bottled under pressure. The grapes are grown in the fertile San Joaquin Valley of California. The soil composition of the vineyards consists of rich loam with alluvial deposits from granite sources of the Sierra Nevada mountain range which aids in drainage. French Columbard is the second most widely planted wine grape in California. It is known for its ability to retain its natural acidity and give balance to cuvees. It is a distinctive grape that reflects the purity of the vine and shows true expression of its simple characteristics. These marry up perfectly in our lineup for both of our sparkling wines.

      Cherry and plum aromas attend to the palate followed by a blend of incense and tobacco.  The finish carries over onto the palate with slight hints of chocolate as well; medium bodied and light tannins make this wine perfect by itself.

      Calistoga is located in the heart of the Napa Valley. Well known for its warm mud baths, the weather is perfect for growing flavorful merlot grapes that turn into wine that makes this valley so famous. You'll experience fruit- forward flavors of rasberries, bing cherries and anise courted by tightly integrated tannins and modest acidity.

      Type: Red blend

      This wine is made Amarone-style - famous in Italy for its deep red color, high alcohol and pronounced tannins. The process involves harvesting the grapes late in the season, then allowing them to dry out on straw mats. This allows a portion of the water in the grapes to evaporate, leaving behind concentrated flavors and sugars. The grapes are then pressed and fermented into wine. The result is a bouquet of rich flavors of plum, chocolate and hints of raisins. This wine can be aged for quite a while and it will continue to improve over time.

      A medium-body red that develops complex, velvety textures on the palate enveloped by aromas of bing cherries and a subtle oak background.

      Approachable and food-friendly with higher acidity, lower tannins. Earthy nose with aromas of sour cherry as well as underlying notes of cherry, cranberry, nutmeg and anise.

      Dark purple in color with a nose of blackberry jam melded with creamy vanilla aromas and a touch of tobacco. Rich on the palate, it has smooth tannins intertwined with ripe plum and berry flavors - similar to an off-dry Merlot. The finish is long and fruit-forward, with the perfect amount of toasted oak.

      The blending of these three grapes is a classic mix borrowed from the Rhone. With its strong flavor and aromas of black fruits and bold tannins, this wine will develop impressive finesse and complexity as it ages.

The Merlot rounds out the combination with approachable plum and cherry elements combined with a soft, round body creating an amazing harmonious blend.

      The Merlot grapes from this district produced a wine that offers light warm oak accentuated a spicy aroma with a soft, supple and fruity palate of plums and red berries. Rich, round flavor provides an elegant lingering finish.

      A bold, rich wine that is accented with a touch of French oak. The wine has zesty aromas of black pepper, deep red currants with a hint of strawberry on the finish. This grape is the Official Grape in the State of California. This wine represents it well.

      Grapes harvested in the Tuscan region of Italy, this wine consists of 3 varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. It is Italy's answer the great Bordeaux blends and can be described as a full-bodied wine with firm tannins, notes of cherries and currants with a delectable finish.
